BOPP AlOx Film needs dimensional control when used as a print web. If registration drifts during a run, adding more barrier will not correct a changing print repeat.

Locate where the repeat changes
Track register at each station, along with speed, tension and dryer settings. Compare a cold start with steady operation. A repeat-length change differs from a fixed cylinder or artwork offset.
Retain marked web samples before and after drying and measure them after release. Ask for grade-specific dimensional data under the planned thermal exposure rather than assuming all BOPP grades respond alike.
Keep drying and protection in balance
Reducing dryer exposure requires ink-drying checks. Also verify coating condition and laminate barrier after the selected press settings.
