Map Coat Weight across the Web

Measure left, center and right lanes at the start, middle and end of the run. Compare the map with streaks, bubbles or weak peel areas in the cured laminate.

Control Application and Cure

Record mix ratio, viscosity, coating-roll condition, nip setting, oven conditions and cure time. Do not compare samples tested at different cure ages.

Verify the Finished Structure

Check bond condition, appearance, OTR and WVTR after cure and pouch forming. Send Cailong the process record, defect map and retained samples.
