Products Description
Chemical Ehanced Coating Metallized PET Film (VPET-JQ) is a metallized polyester film developed for packaging applications that require a very high metal adhesion or a high lamination bonding strength in laminates, such as triplex structures typically used to preserve critical products.
The film provides a good barrier against humidity and oxygen, is resistant to aggressive chemical substances and high temperature treatments up to 121°C. It’s an environmentally friendly and competitive packaging solution.

Characteristics
1.Chemical coating is used on the surface of the film, and the adhesion between the film and the aluminum layer is high, and the peel strength can reach more than 4N/15mm
2.The aluminum layer has high fastness, which can increase the thickness of the aluminum layer without dealuminization, prolong the shelf life of the contents, and good fragrance
3.By increasing the thickness of aluminum layer, it has higher barrier performance
4.Good water resistance and internal heat resistance

Application
1.For high packaging requirements, the composite structure can use a three-layer structure, in some applications, the three-layer structure can be replaced by a two-layer structure, to reduce the cost;
2.Suitable for milk powder, coffee, snacks and other packaging. It can prolong the shelf life of food, and has a good aroma. Combined with the compound process, can be used for cooking or cooking type packaging;
3.Can replace some aluminum foil composite structure packaging;
4.Available for high water resistance applications, it is an improvement on liquid packaging;
5.Combined with compound process, it can be used for boiling or steam boiling packaging.
