Meanwhile, surging demand from the medical industry, encapsulation of electronic components, growing environmental awareness, and the development of new materials have collectively boosted the market scale of high barrier films.
According to relevant surveys, the global market size of high barrier packaging films reached RMB 80.59 billion in 2024, and is projected to hit RMB 150 billion by 2030, representing a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of over 9% from 2023 to 2030.
To strengthen industrial exchanges and advance the sound and rapid development of the high barrier packaging film industrial chain, after research, Beijing Hesheng Fengmao Information Consulting Co., Ltd., Heshengmao (Nantong) Technology Co., Ltd., together with the High-Functional Film Branch, decide to host the "1st Seminar on Market and Technology Development of High Barrier Packaging Films 2026" at Shuangxing International Hotel, Suqian, Jiangsu Province, from August 26 to 27, 2026. - Suqian High-speed Railway Station: Direct high-speed trains are available from Shanghai Hongqiao, Beijing South and Xuzhou East Stations. Take Bus No.328 to Zhonghao International Star City East Stop, walk 20 meters to Zhonghao International Star City West Stop, transfer to Bus No.102 and alight at Xiayang Yinhu Garden Stop, then walk 530 meters to the hotel; taxi service is also available.
- Suqian Railway Station: Walk 940 meters to Suqian High-speed Railway Station and follow the above bus route.
- Suqian Bus Terminal: Take Bus No.103 or No.105 from the east gate of the terminal and get off at Shuangxing International Hotel Stop (10 meters walking distance); taxis are an alternative.
- Self-driving: Navigate directly to the hotel via satellite positioning.
V. Conference Fee Standard
The conference fee covers meals (3 meals over 2 days: 1 dinner, 1 lunch, 1 gala dinner), meeting room rental and conference materials.
- RMB 600 per person for high barrier packaging film manufacturers;
- RMB 600 per person for other film manufacturers;
- Free admission for downstream users of high-functional films from food, pharmaceutical and electronic industries;
- Free admission for researchers from pure academic universities and research institutes;
- RMB 1,000 per person for supporting enterprises with corporate image advertisements published in the High-Functional Film journal;
- RMB 2,000 per person for supporting enterprises without journal advertisements, including manufacturers of BOP main equipment, casting machines, metallizers, slitting machines, coaters, blown film lines, laminators and bag-making machines, as well as raw material producers;
- RMB 1,500 per person for enterprises without journal advertisements engaged in mechanical spare parts, raw material trading, auxiliary materials and testing services;
- RMB 1,500 per person for all other participating institutions.
VI. Accommodation Arrangement
All participants shall bear their own accommodation expenses and book rooms independently. The negotiated rate is RMB 360 per night for single or twin rooms.

VII. Registration
