Copper Metallized Film

Vacuum copper metallized film is made of BOPET, BOPI and other stable flexible film with outer layer coating by a purity of 99.999% metal copper material in coiled vacuum coating equipment, through advanced PVD (physical vapor deposition) copper metallized technology. 

This product has excellent electrical and thermal conductivity of metal materials, and also has excellent physical properties, chemical properties, dimensional stability and thermal stability of the film.

It is widely used in anti-counterfeit labels, electronic products heat dissipation, electrode circuit and electromagnetic shielding, electronic tape, and conductive tape, etc.

Cailong copper metallized film has stable performance: the vertical and horizontal coating is evenly uniform, and the adhesion is as high as 5.0N/15mm.
